【337调查】美国ITC正式对电池启动器启动337调查

2021年3月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对部分电池启动器及其同类组件（Certain Battery Jump Starters and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1256）。

同年1月19日，美国NOCO Company of Glenwillow, OH向美国ITC提出申请，指控美国进口以及美国国内市场销售的部分电池启动器及其同类组件侵犯了其专利权和注册商标权（美国有效注册专利号为9007015、10604024，注册商标号为4811656、4811749），请求启动337调查，并发布普遍排除令和禁止令。
