【337调查】美国ITC对电连接器等产品启动337调查 中企涉案

2021年1月21日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对部分电连接器和保持架及其同类组件及下游产品（certain electrical connectors and cages, components thereof, and products containing the same）启动337调查（调查编码337-TA-1241）。

2020年12月18日，Amphenol Corp.向美国ITC提出申请，指控美国进口以及美国国内市场销售的部分电连接器和保持架及其同类组件及下游产品侵犯了其专利权，主张启动337调查，并发布有限排除令和禁止令。

美国ITC最终确定将下列企业作为本案的指定应诉方：立讯精密工业股份有限公司（广东东莞）（Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China）；东莞立讯精密工业有限公司（Dongguan Luxshare Precision Industry Co. Ltd. of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China）；立讯精密工业（香港）有限公司（Luxshare Precision Limited (HK) of Fotan, New Territories, Hong Kong）；美国立讯精密工业股份有限公司（Luxshare-ICT Inc. of Milpitas, CA）。
