【337调查】美企申请对集成电路等启动337调查 中企涉案

2020年12月18日，美国Tela Innovations, Inc.向美国际贸易委员会（ITC）提出申请，指控美国进口以及美国国内市场销售的部分集成电路及其下游产品（Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）侵犯了其专利权，主张启动337调查。

申诉方建议美国ITC将下列企业作为本案的指定应诉方：宏碁集团（Acer, Inc., China）；宏碁美国公司（Acer America Corporation, San Jose, CA）；华硕电脑股份有限公司（ASUSTek Computer Inc., China）；（美国）ASUS Computer International, Fremont, CA；（美国）Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA；联想集团（Lenovo Group Ltd., China）；联想（美国）公司（Lenovo (United States) Inc., Morrisville, NC）；微星科技股份有限公司（Micro-Star International Co., Ltd., China）；（美国）MSI Computer Corp., City of Industry, CA.。
